THE LITTLE TOOTHBRUSH THAT COULD
Bogobrush shares smiles with the world through its planet-loving oral care that cares. And now, it’s for kids, too!
Bogobrush is designed in Detroit, made in the heart of the USA from recycled materials.
For each brush sold, Bogobrush gives to local sustainability causes whether donating toothbrushes, planting trees, or supplying neighborhood cleanups.
And to help kids develop good habits early on, Bogobrush wrote an illustrated book called “Nora and her Not-Just-A-Toothbrush” where kids can follow Nora’s adventure through busy mornings, sick cats, and kids on the playground who are just a little bit different.
With Bogobrush, you and your family can help people and the planet smile brighter.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe the world deserves a toothbrush worth caring about. We believe that starts with knowing where it came from, and how it was made. We believe it grows from an attention to aesthetics that will make you smile, and deepens with the beauty of giving back to someone in need. We believe that what is good for the planet, is good for us. We believe in the little toothbrush that could.
SIBLINGS. CREATORS. TOOTHBRUSH GEEKS.
Meet our founders, the brother sister duo with dreams of the perfect toothbrush.
How do I pledge?
To pledge to a project, make sure you're first logged in to your Kickstarter account.
Once you've found a project that interests you, just click the green “Back This Project” button on the campaign page. Alternatively, you can scroll down to select a reward tier.
After you’ve selected your reward tier, you’ll be prompted to enter in your payment information. If your reward involves shipping, be sure to select the appropriate country from the drop-down.
If you don't want a specific reward tier, select "Make a pledge without a reward" and enter your desired pledge amount.
Lastly, click the “Pledge" button and you’ll be all set! You should receive a confirmation email after completing your pledge.
When is my card charged?
If the project you’re backing is successfully funded, your card will be charged when the project reaches its funding deadline. If the project does not reach its funding goal, your card is never charged.
Some backers may see a temporary authorization of funds at the time of pledging, before a project has been successfully funded. Authorizations generally drop after a few days, but this process can vary depending on your financial institution. If you notice an authorization that doesn’t drop, we recommend that you contact your bank for more details about their authorization procedure.
Why am I getting an error message when I try to pledge?
This could be an issue with the card you’re using. As a first step, we recommend checking with your bank in case any additional authorization is needed on their end.
If you’re still having troubles pledging, contact our Community Support team.
What forms of payment can I use to make a pledge?
You can use a debit or credit card associated with Visa, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, or American Express. Discover and JCB cards are currently only accepted for US-based projects.
We do not currently accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards. If using a pre-paid credit card, please make sure that the card has a value of at least $1 more than your pledge amount.
How do I add a new credit card to my account?
You can save a new credit card to your account by heading to the Payment Methods tab of your Account Settings and clicking the green ‘Add a new card’ button.
Can I pledge using direct debit as my payment method?
At this time, only backers based in Germany pledging less than €250 towards a German project will have the option to use SEPA direct debit as their payment method.
Reminder that pledges are only charged at the end of a successful project campaign.
Can I pay with a check? Send cash by mail?
In order to pledge to a project, you’ll need to use one of our accepted forms of payment. If you decide to send funds to the creator outside of Kickstarter (cash, check, etc.), you will not be reflected as a backer.
